A former fisherman’s cottage based in the coastal fishing village of Sandend, near Portsoy.

The family owned cottage has been fully refurbished in 2020 and is available for holiday rental throughout the year.

The kitchen / lounge / dining area is integrated and open plan on the ground floor level. It has all major appliances (oven, hob (inductive), cooker hood extracting to the outside, dish washer and washing machine). The shower room with under floor heating is on the ground floor.

Two bedrooms rest on the first floor which can be accessed by a spiral staircase. The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second bed room has two single beds. There is a small sea view window in the second bedroom with a comfortable chair for reading and looking out to sea.

High speed WiFi Internet access available.

Towels and bed linens are provided.
